MAN8+= rstat_svc.8
The file it talks about doesn't exist on FreeBSD, so there's no point in
installing the manual page. There was already a comment to this effect in
this file, but the entry hadn't been commented out.
rstat.1 and rstat_svc.8 can probably actually be removed.
