Hi friends, I managed to do ./bootstrap --disable-player on a remote linux box and, wow, the mp4s could be displayed with QT 6 (which didnt work with prior versions of mpeg4ip (mpeg4ip.sourceforge.net)). The old pity is that FreeBSD isnt so much supported as Ciscos say. I could compile 0.9.3 with feedback from this list (thanks again, Alexander ;-), but gave up with later versions (and the 0.9.3 player seems ok anyway.) Maybe it is time now to think again about it. Has anybody been more successfull, Alexander ? Best, H. To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-multimedia" in the body of the message
