Maybe you're lucky and it is just supported: http://svnweb.freebsd.org/base/head/sys/dev/etherswitch/rtl8366/ :-) (but i'm not sure if 's' or the 'rb' suffix matter). Please check the TPLink 1043 kernel and hints for a setup example for this switch.
