Each line should look something like this...

steve           somepasswd    204.244.190.9/32

You'll note that I'm using static IP. I only use iijppp for my own
account, regular users get dynamic IP with pppd. If you want a dynamic IP
setup with iijppp you should check the man page (IIRC, it's not hard). 

One thing I have noticed is that the Microsoft dialer (the one that comes
with Windows95 and the Win3.1 version of Internet Exploter) won't allow
passwords longer than 8 characters. Well, it'll allow them, but they won't
work. It took me a while to figure that one out. :-/
