On a FreeBSD box, with 256 meg RAM, and a 1.7 Gig processor, we have about 300 virtualdomain sites running on.. Apache 2.0.48 and php4.34 I know memory is a bit low, but we're not really hitting swap yet. Load avg is 0.10, 0.19, 0.22 Web directories mounted by NFS share... The problem we're having is that everything works great. PHP pages get server-parsed by Apache, etc. Out of every 30 or 40 page loads, all of a sudden some PHP code is no longer webserver parsed and gets dumped to STDOUT. (using IE6, you can go to VIEW/SOURCE and see raw php code). Simplying hitting reload/refresh works, and then everything magically goes back to normal again, until another few minutes where raw php code gets dumped again. Since this is going to freebsd-isp I figured someone may have seen this type of behavior before. Maybe this helps? ipcs -a ; sysctl vm.zone Message Queues: T ID KEY MODE OWNER GROUP CREATOR CGROUP CBYTES QNUM QBYTES LSPID LRPID STIME RTIME CTIME Shared Memory: T ID KEY MODE OWNER GROUP CREATOR CGROUP NATTCH SEGSZ CPID LPID ATIME DTIME CTIME Semaphores: T ID KEY MODE OWNER GROUP CREATOR CGROUP NSEMS OTIME CTIME vm.zone: ITEM SIZE LIMIT USED FREE REQUESTS PIPE: 160, 0, 27, 993, 1057864 SWAPMETA: 160, 30878, 274, 1825, 4868 unpcb: 160, 0, 18, 132, 16258 ripcb: 192, 3944, 0, 42, 43 syncache: 160, 15359, 0, 76, 427479 tcpcb: 576, 3944, 256, 177, 499562 udpcb: 192, 3944, 3, 39, 111791 socket: 192, 3944, 277, 192, 627655 KNOTE: 64, 0, 0, 128, 76899 DIRHASH: 1024, 0, 54, 482, 9235 NFSNODE: 352, 0, 15800, 194, 2269784 NFSMOUNT: 544, 0, 1, 6, 1 VNODE: 192, 0, 16420, 116, 16420 NAMEI: 1024, 0, 0, 40, 63394549 VMSPACE: 192, 0, 89, 935, 500459 PROC: 416, 0, 95, 885, 500465 DP fakepg: 64, 0, 0, 0, 0 PV ENTRY: 28, 521326, 66180, 347052, 2435482414 MAP ENTRY: 48, 0, 8807, 11551, 38930495 KMAP ENTRY: 48, 15735, 2082, 1032, 1090110 MAP: 108, 0, 7, 3, 7 VM OBJECT: 92, 0, 17981, 3879, 13734418 __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
