Have anybody got a well-tuned (kernel or sysctl) configuration for web hosts? This might be an idea to include on the distribution CD (which is why I'm posting this here); most people don't know how to tune a kernel well enough. The configs we use have a tendency to introduce 5s lags at random points, for some inexplicable reason (different network-cards, different Apache-versions, different motherboards, different nets - the only common feature seems to be FreeBSD 2.2.2 with some apache version) Eivind.
