Sorry, I guess I was wrong!  I hate to be wrong about my own product
line, but it looks like WC decided to send 4.0 out to the SNAP
subscribers as a kind of stop-gap measure since they're only shipping
the usual subscribers 3.5 and 4.1, when they come out.  Hmmm.  OK,
seems reasonable to me. :-)
