This allows 1) someone who is browsing the port descriptions to goto the homepage (if they're using http://www.FreeBSD.ORG/ports/, they'll even have the URL automatically changed to a hyperlink), 2) someone who is using the package system to benefit also, 3) the Makefile header to remain minimal.
