www/apache24: Disable ASLR for compiled binaries

(In reply to Muhammad Moinur Rahman from comment #29)
This patch adds new NOASLR option to the Apache port. Please test if it hel=
ps.
It is also possible to create a new flavor of the port, but I'd rather avoid
it. Please test if www/apache24 built with NOASLR option works fine with
mod_php and opcache enabled. Perhaps we want only httpd to be run without A=
SLR,
now the patch marks all binaries this way.
