Log:
Split gdk-pixbuf into the non-GNOME part (gdk-pixbuf) and the
GNOME part (gnomecanvas) to allow for other ports to access
the lower level parts of gdk-pixbuf without the "excess baggage"
of even a minimal GNOME environment.
