>Description:

Processes don't seem to get more than 4M of memory, ever, causing 64M
machine swap wildly where is still plenty of memory available.
Harvest cached seems to be a good program to demonstrate this.

>How-To-Repeat:

Run harvest cache. Innd also uses lots of memory but apparently does
not access it as randomly as harvest cached does.
