Do any of you guys know what the problem is when I have this
at the bottom of a chapter file:
Local variables:
sgml-doctype: "../chapter.decl"
sgml-parent-document:("../book.sgml" "part" "chapter")
End:
and yet, unless I specifically type in the <!DOCTYPE ...> line
at the top of the file, M-x sgml-parse-prolog spits out this
error message: "External entity CHAPTER not found"
What am I doing wrong?
