FYI: These days, ampere3 is building:

135arm64-quarterly
135arm64-default (a.k.a. latest)

(And those builds have been working and the
builds have been happening systematically
since the change as far as I can see.)

ampere4:
143arm64-quarterly
150arm64-quarterly

ampere5:
143arm64-default
150arm64-default

ampere2:
main-default


So far I know, no one has figured out what needs
to change to make ampere1 reliable again so it is
not in use as a builder system.
