Which means you are missing the LICENCE file. Are you sure the readicense
directory was built? If you want to run the setup progams you should first
cd to the /usr/ports/editors/openoffice/work/oo_1.0.1_src/instsetoo/unxfbsd.pro/01/normal/
directory and run it from there.

Any of those would cause much more bizzare behaviour ...
