Well, one BIG issue you will have is that when you installed
FBSD, it was on the primary drive.  So your fstab and /dev/
directories are going to reflect that and get really
confused when you are booting from wd1 instead of wd0.

As for the boot issues, I think dual boot has been covered
in depth in a number of places for Windows.  You might try
scanning the mailing list archives.  Here is one email that
looks like it might interest you:

The key words I used to search the archives were :
"dual boot nt".  Got a ton of matches.

You really need to install NT first and then install
FreeBSD.
