I'm confused.  The above log doesn't show Makefile being modified.  Yet 
at http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/x11-wm/icewm-i18n/ 
shows that the file was updated.  But nothing about that commit was 
posted to cvs-all as far as I can see.

Is this usual?
