This is an OpenPGP/MIME signed message (RFC 4880 and 3156) --jFaW3HIlbfDFEvuXqWEPXX5lv8VtPlH7d Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable On 04/08/15 16:43, Micha=C5=82 wrote: > What means >=20 > "root@teleng1.nyi.freebsd.org:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC" >=20 > i was listen, when adding system to my new pc; is this PXE boot? >=20 > Command "uname -a" >=20 > FreeBSD 10.1-RELEASE amd64 No, this shows who built the kernel, on what machine and where the final kernel config was located. releng1.nyi.freebsd.org is one of the release engineering teams' build servers, so this will appear in the boot messages for the default kernels you get by installing from the official media or by using freebsd-update(8) While you can PXE boot a FreeBSD machine, it takes some effort to set up. The system as installed from the standard install media doesn't have PXE boot capability enabled by default.
