I was able to make gcc produce this twice - then it wouldn't do it again: page fault while in kernel mode A trace shows: _zalloci _get_pv_entry _pmap_insert_entry _pmap_enter _vm_fault _trap calltrap() --- trap 0xc, eip = 0xf01cd754, esp = 0xfaa9fe88, ebp = 0xfaa9fe88 _get_ptbase _pmap_protect _vm_map_copy_entry _vmspace_fork _vm_fork _fork1 _vfork _syscall _Xsyscall This mean anything to anyone?
