It is missing from the list of removed files, and will cause extra work
for future imports.

Yes, there is such a rule in cvsignore, at least in -current.
So ignore what I said above about dc.info causing extra work for
future imports - it will be ignored in future imports, as if it never
existed, and it is easiest to pretend that it never existed in the
list of remvoed files too.

We currently have only a few .info,v files in the repository, mostly
in attics.  There's even an old dc.info,v.  Unfortunately, the rule
usually misses big info files since they are split.
