I checked out the man page, and it seemed rather lacking, so I looked in
LINT, found a few undocumented options, poked around in the ncr source,
found what the options do and added brief comments in both LINT and the
ncr man page. I was not sure what to do with the rcs IDs, so I just
removed them, if I was supposed to do something different with them, I'd
like to know so as not to make the same mistake again.
