Well, you can use the MS-DOS commands (mtools, precede the MS-DOS names with an m; for example, mdir, mcopy, etc.). Or tar, which is the second best thing you can do with a floppy (the best thing is to throw it away and use cheap, fast, reliable media, such as tapes).
