Fine tune some wording.
Rearrange some sections.
Improve the look-and-feel for Lynx.
Make it almost compliant with HTML 4.0 (I have to figure out some javascript
stuff to make it completly compliant, then the home page can be automagically
validated like the rest of the pages.)
