They change a lot faster than the conversion between inches and
centimeters.  *I* notice the exchange-rate changes, and all I care
about is ordering some electronic music CD's from Dundee.

Perhaps the 'units' command (or its man page) could provide a URL
for finding out what the current exchange rates are.
