nslookup of BIND 8.3.1 has another problem.  If you put IPv6 address
for nameserver in /etc/resolv.conf, you cannot use nslookup at all.
This is because libbind supports IPv6 but nslookup doesn't.
I have a workaround patch to avoild this problem.  However, I have not
sent it to ISC, yet.
