Hey - thanks for the suggestions! After a few days I've finally got
PostgreSQL, PHP, and Phorum running on my FreeBSD box. I even managed to
get Phorum set up to run forums under different Virtual Hosts on the
machine!

I must say though, it was much more hellish than I expected. :-)
