Thanks for your information. I'll try ip_dummynet.h 1.36.2.2 and
ip_dummynet.c 1.93.2.4 from cvs[1].

Unfortunately I will not know immediately, whether it helped or not -
so I can't give an instant "it worked" for the archive.
