can anyone tell me what is differnt about the way the 2.2.x kernel handles lkm's compared to 2.1.7 ? SKIP 1.0 is implemented as a lkm. it runs on 2.1.7 but won't even load on 2.2.1 -bill. /******************************************************************************* bill clarke <wlclarke@neutron.org> <wlclarke@cats.ucsc.edu> neutron.org <http://www.neutron.org> physics/applied math. consortium "the future lies ahead" -mort sahl. *******************************************************************************/
