Even upgrades haven't always gone through the > MAINTAINER. That's understandable, but notifying the maintainer is also desirable. In this way the maintainer can keep up to date on what's happening and make appropriate adjustments. Not all port maintainers can take the time to read the cvs commit messages. Doug
