By the efforts of Shimokawa-san, the SBP-II function has enough
quality to publish. I believe now is a time to commit -current, since
a lot of people expect it.

We have to get a new sub directory as sys/dev/firewire before
committing.

Should we ask arch@freebsd whether it is appropriate ?

P.S. After published. WIDE DV guy will port their DV application
to the current API.
