Same thing, probably because:
% ls -l /usr/local/bin/qvlc

Debug output looks also strange:

There is no such word "jtów" in Polish. Although there is a word "wójt"
(has nothing to do with code). Endianness/Unicode encoding problem?
Running on amd64.
