Sorry for stating something here, but after the recent pkg_* threads I
found it was worth mentioning this.

I thought we were trying to get all functionality in the already
existing pkg tools.  What was wrong with creating patches against
pkg_delete and fixing that up so that the base system benefits of this?

I mean, this tool clearly duplicates pkg_delete's functions and probably
expands it in a few ways.
