If an rc.conf tweak and a pkg_add is so trivial to do at sysinstall time, could we have another one that says "I'd rather have PostFix installed instead of Sendmail please" that does the right thing? Assuming, of course, that PostFix was ported instead of pulled in to contrib/. Granted, this won't fix the "PostFix should be rebuilt by 'make world' the same way that sendmail is" problem, but the linux libs aren't updated either, and they seem to be a fairly essential part of the sytem :-) Respecting jmb's request to have this discussion in freebsd-test, I've set reply-to there.
