This one was not proper, nor was it complete. Don't go using my name to support a program I've come to think is a really bad idea. I do not see how I "hijacked" it this time. And I do not understand how another review would help as there is clearly no one wishing to review the code anymore. I really hope this is not some kind of bureaucracy or cargo cult for sake of formal procedures but mis-understanding at my side. Please explain.
