Yes, that's the idea. A tool will be developed first that uses these verbs (though I already have a regression test suite capable of creating and modifying APM and GPT partitions). After that the idea is to migrate other partitioning schemes and slicers into this framework. The end-result being a single tool for partitioning disks with any and all schemes supported by the framework and using the ctlreq mechanism to work on live disks. -- Marcel Moolenaar xcllnt@mac.com
