Still needs testing of course, but we really need this on ia64. libc_r uses setjmp/longjmp, which had to be pessimized in order to allow context switching. By aggressively pushing libthr I hope to have libc_r fully obsoleted by 5.2 so that we can revert the setjmp/longjmp pessimization.
