Well it's not easy to actually guess where the PnP card is, so that is
probably most people's problem.  This is actually a problem that could be
solved by just reading the current configuration of a PnP card on
bootup.

Well I've got about 1/2 dozen SB 16 PnP's working here :-)

Seriously, I know that there are at least a handful of people on the net,
who have this working.  I'd love to hear from someone who hasn't yet
gotten their card working (and make sure I'm on the To: line of your
e-mail so that I see it before the year 2000 :-)
