Thanks for all responses to this support. The correct configuration for
this device under XF86-333/335 is to use "IntelliMouse":
Section "Pointer"
Protocol "IntelliMouse"
Device "/dev/mouse"
# Device "/dev/psm0"
...
EndSection
It does not have to require as 5-button configuration. The middle wheel
does rotate, but I have no idea what it can be used for when I configured
it as 5-button Mouse.
