Hi Mark

We managed to resolve this issue by upgrading the version of PostgreSQL that
was running inside one of our jails. Although we were using compat libraries
for it to run after upgrading the host, we believe it must have been misusing
memory somehow.

Thanks for taking the time to investigate, if we see this issue on any of our
other servers post-upgrade I'll apply the patch and report back.
