Yes, for "such cases == ISP deployment" they're $0, so I agree that that is reasonable :-) Kirk has asked that ISPs that deploy it pay for it, but he has also been very clear that this is not required (just asked for). Whether you (as an ISP reading this mail) pay or not is really up to your conscience. Eivind.
