A dangling libraries somewhere? Something is probably out of date, but I don't know whether it's Apache or some library that Apache depends on. It seems like you're loading a 4.X libc on a 5.X system. Try running 'ldd' on the Apache binary (not the wrapper script), and do the same for all the libraries that ldd mentions.home | help
