Don't know. I *THOUGHT* notify was a *STANDARD* feature.
All I know is that my 4.2-BETA box doesn't hear the notify
from a 8.2.2-P5 nameserver. I consider this broken behavior, and
part of the problem is we have TEST/BETA/UNRELEASED code as *STANDARD*
in 4.2-BETA.
