	Hi there.

Recentrly i talked with a friend (he also reads this list) about
what is needed to offer 56k access... he says that only the 56k modems
nothing else... but for what i know you need something with a digital
interface to a E1 that talks to your modem modules... (like an ascend term
server or something like that).

	What is the truth??? :)

I guess that a lot of isp's don't want to waste their investment
on multiport cards or cisco routers.... any lights on this???

	Thanx!!
