These last few days I tried to read the sources of several manpages, to find out what is considered "good style" in writing with -mandoc. I posted in cvs-all a few days ago that I would try to come up with the formatting of a manpage similar to style(9), but with the original text of the commiters-guide. I have put a copy of the first 6 sections marked up in -mandoc in my home page for other people to have a look at. I'm looking forward to hearing your comments, suggestions, etc. You can find the mdoc sources for committers.7 at: http://students.ceid.upatras.gr/~keramida/freebsd/committers.7 Of course, if the section number I chose [FreeBSD Miscellaneous Information Manual] does not seem proper, you're welcome to suggest another one :) -- Giorgos Keramidas, < keramida @ ceid . upatras . gr > For my public PGP key: finger keramida@diogenis.ceid.upatras.gr PGP fingerprint, phone and address in the headers of this message.
