It worked fine with Vcore 2.2V for couple of months, then started giving strange signal in buildworld. I was going nuts since the temperature was normal and was almost sure it's RAM that went bad. Decreasing Vcore to 2.1 made it panic soon after boot but increasing to 2.4 made it work ok.
