Both 4.2 and -current's manpages look up-to-date to me.  They describe
the "media" and "mediaopt" parameters.  You have to check the manpage
for whatever nic driver you use for the allowable types, since it
changes for each driver (for example, the fxp mapage lists allowable
media of "autoselect", "10baseT/UTP", and "100baseTX", and allowable
mediaopt of "full-duplex").
