inphy0 is the PHY-layer chip that is attached to the 82550, so it's
effectively part of fxp0.

Your 82544GC card is supported by the em(4) and gx(4) drivers.  They
can be loaded by running "kldload if_em" or "kldload if_gx", and can
be compiled into your kernel by adding one of these lines to your
kernel configuration:

device  gx
device  em

Note: use either the em(4) or the gx(4) driver, not both.
