Since this code is on github, and you are doing releases via github
at https://github.com/Juniper/libxo/releases , then all that is really
required at this point is to do a vendor import to bring it into FreeBSD:

That can be done by any FreeBSD developer, not just Marcel.  Putting libxo
on github actually makes
this a lot easier for FreeBSD developers (and even developers for Linux and
other operating systems)
to use and integrate.
