It is the source files (located in pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-current/) that's
not on ftp.freebsd.org anymore. From browsing around on
ftp://snapshots.jp.freebsd.org/ it does not appear to have the source
files either.

Some FTP mirrors still has the source files e.g.
http://ftp.leo.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-current/ has the files online.

It think it was mentioned on freebsd-hubs that it was removed from
ftp.freebsd.org due the the large load generated by people mirroring
=66rom it.
