I am running 4.0 on my laptop and just noticed that it dow not charge the batteries while it is plugged into an AC source. Under 3.x +PAO it would. Does anyone have any ideas? Here is the entry from my kernel's config file: device apm0 at nexus? flags 0x20 # Advanced Power Management Here is what I get in my dmesg: apm0: <APM BIOS> on motherboard apm: found APM BIOS v1.2, connected at v1.2 TIA -- ------------------------------------------------------------------- Ron Rosson ... and a UNIX user said ... The InSaNe One rm -rf * insane@oneinsane.net and all was /dev/null and *void() ------------------------------------------------------------------- UNIX _is_ user-friendly. It's just not ignorant-friendly and idiot-friendly. Build a system even a fool can use,and only a fool will want to use it.
