Yeah, please hold off one more week max. I'm working on the standardization 
of the shared directories. After that my goal is to make some of the base 
ports build from source. That should be done within a week.

I would like to build Ant from source as soon as possible, but before that I 
want to make all dependency libraries from source first. Including for 
example xalan and xerces. If we can accomplish that, then that would be 
*really* nice. I know no OS that does something that advanced :)
